Chamber adopts rigid PVC plastic plate,
the cover of test chamber uses transparent organic glass,
surface is shinning and smooth, acid resistant, temperature
resistant and can not be easily aged.

Automatic water adding system is used,
function of making up water automatically when water level is
not enough, test can be interrupted in case of water shortage.
●
Precise glass nozzle, the sprayed mist
particles are small, mist can diffuse evenly, salt mist can
naturally settle, the settling amount of salt mist can be
adjusted.

Double overtemperature protection is
offered, alarm of lower water level guarantees safety of use.
●
Temperature controller with digital
display, SSR is controlled with PID, temperature control is
correct and reliable, temperature in test chamber and
saturation tank become very clear.

Test chamber uses method of direct
heating with steam, the heating rate is high and heating is
even, stand-by time can be reduced.
●
Spray tower has conical dispenser with
functions of directing mist, adjusting mist amount and making
mist falling amount even.
●
Saturated air barrel uses Henry’s law in
heating and humidifying, and offers humidity required by the
test chamber.
●
The top cover uses water-tight closing
way to prevent overflow of salt mist, the chamber cover can be
freely opened.
